Do you ship worldwide?

Although we are proud to offer a worldwide shipping service, certain countries are excluded due to specific laws or shipping difficulties. We are unable to ship to anywhere within: Turkey, Brazil, Israel, Bulgaria, China, South East Asia

If you are in any doubt please contact us via Email or Phone, and we will be able to identify whether your country is eligible.

It is important that you check local laws before ordering, as they differ from region to region. Ordering from us confirms that you are aware of this.

If we are unable to ship to your country, please visit our online retail partner who ships to most countries around the world and may be able to process your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Below are estimated delivery times based on experience and customer feedback. Orders are sent at approx. 2pm (except for national holidays) so if you order after 2pm on Friday your order will be sent on Monday.


USA orders placed Mon-Thu are delivered within 48 business hrs. If you place an order during weekends expect 72 business hrs delivery.

EU & others

2 – 5 days: United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Please note: Factors such as weather, customs and postal service issues can increase these times. It is very rare for a package to be lost, so please wait 14 days before contacting us, and please remember that we have no control over packages once we have sent them so please be nice. We’ll help you as much as we can : )

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us within seven days stating the reason for return. Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labeling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
